I have read through lots of articles and I am not checking the emails that are new on any other device. &nbsp;I can see an email come in to outlook and it just gives me the same as described above.<br />

Also, when I sign on, since my computer is not associated the with domain, it asks me for my credentials, but it states that &quot;do i want to use my temp exchange account or old data, some of your data have not finished loading up to the exchange server. &nbsp;I believe it its referring to my cache OST.

Are you using ESET on these client systems by any chance? There is a documented issue were ESET does exactly what you are describing. You can disable the Outlook integration from ESET Advanced Options, or remove it to test the issue.
