I need to build a website on windows2008R2 that I can have customers upload and download file on using HTTPS protocol.
I am not any sort of a developer so simple terms please. A software package that will do this is great if is is not real complicated or really expensive. My budget would be under $300.
I can configure the server easily enough I think but the interface is beyond me. The customers need to login and be directed to their specific folder. I have been told this can be done but have not been able to make the interface myself.
A linux website would work as well if it will link to a windows file share.

Looks like a Drupal site is my best optio. Not sure it will work but I will give it a try.
