How export PDF via email and make it a fillable form

I'm trying to figure out how to export an existing report to a fillable PDF and attach it to an email address.

Can this be done?  I've not worked with form PDFs before.

You'd have to do this with a 3rd party PDF library like Adobe or something along those lines. The builtin libraries will only export to a standard PDF form.

You can export the report like this:

DoCmd.OutputTo acOutputReport, "YourReport", acFormatPDF

Note too that "exporting" a report to PDF often will cause some oddities in format and layout, so be aware of that.

I believe that demo will fill the fields of a "fillable" PDF form, but it won't create one. As mentioned, the only way to do that is with a 3rd party utility.

Scott, yes ... it is still a demo on how to do it though ...
