Cisco UCM 10: identifying inbound calls with no caller ID
The problem: I receive SO many junk sales calls that I screen almost ALL of my calls. If someone has a valid reason to reach me they should leave a voice mail and I call them right back.
What I'd like: I'd like to be able to add a label to numbers so as to identify the calls in the future when they get to my desk phone. Kind of a personal caller ID. Could there be any way to achieve this with UCM 10? Thanks!
