Acronis is easy enough for me to use that I've never needed their support.<br />

I have used Ghost for 10 years but when I ran into problems with the last restore I am considering upgrading to a program with support just in case.<br />

Acronis seems like a valid alternative but their support is really bad!<br />

Any other recommendations?<br />
