Itunes - Open to My Playlist

Using Itunes on a PC.  How can I set it so that each time it opens it shows one of my playlists?  So that, the default screen is a playlist I've created.  Setting the opening screen to my choice

In fact, iTunes (on MY PC) always open on the same screen that was showing when I last closed it.

So if you close iTunes on a particular playlist when you close it, the SAME playlist will appear the next time you open iTunes. The entire list of playlists will appear in the left-hand column on the panel.

Any way to make that the default?  So that, no matter where I leave the same playlist opens again?

That IS the default―if you close WHEN A PLAYLIST IS ACTIVE, on MY PCs (Windows 7 and Windows 10) iTunes reopens in the same playlist!

If you are in the Music menu, then that is where it reopens. So the default action is that iTunes reopens exactly how it was the last time you closed it.

What I'm thinking is this - without regard to where I navigate to or where I am when I close Itunes, opening the program can bring me always to a preset starting location.  Is there any way to achieve this?  So that, even if the last page I was on was "My Ipod" or "Itunes Store when I closed, intead of bringing me back to where I last was, it always opens at my favorite playlist, or other designated "start" location.
