Query Builder on BOXIR2

Hi,

We are on BO XIR2 and using Crystal Reports 11.5
There are several groups and users are part of multiple groups.
But it turned out that there are some users are a part of only the Everyone Group.
I would need to know how many such users are in the system.

Can someone kindly provide the query on the CMS database to check this?

Can a user not be in the Everyone group?

Can you just use suppression to show only the desired users?

Don't group by the user group.
Group by the person
Suppress with
   DistinctCount({UserGroupField}, {UserField}) >= 1

Hi mlmmc,

This is not in the Crystal report. Sorry for any confusion.
This is with respect to the rights and privileges in CMC BusinessObjects.

As you know, all the users will be a part of the Everyone group. But how can we find which users are a part of only the Everyone group?
You just want a query?

What database is your CMS using?

Do you have a report that shows the users and groups?

Crystal Reports

Crystal Reports is a business intelligence application from SAP SE. It is used to graphically design data connections and report layouts from a wide range of data sources including Excel spreadsheets, Oracle, SQL Server databases and Access databases, BusinessObjects Enterprise business views, and local file-system information. Report designers can place fields from these sources on the report design surface, and can also deploy them in custom formulas (using either BASIC or Crystal's own syntax), which are then placed on the design surface. Crystal Reports also supports subreports, graphing, and a limited amount of GIS functionality.
