Corrupted VMWare vm

I have a Virtual Machine that crashed on me, i ran the vmware-vdiskmanager -R <my-vmware-disk>.vmdk tool but i get the message
<myvm>.vmdk is corrupted and cannot be repaired; Am i pretty much SOL? (thats a bad thing)

so i restored from back up but i get the following when i try and log in

Yes, completely normal, for a Windows machine part of the domain, just re-move from domain, and re-add to domain.
