Would G & K parameter be used for physical drives only or for VM also?
can you give an example of G & K.
*When 'G' is to Optimize, what exactly does it Optimize?
lets say the volume has 3 LUNs, what will it do to optimize?
*
>>You have one or more thin provisioned logical unit numbers (LUNs) that are using a slab size that's smaller than 8 megabytes
<8MB is almost nothing, space wise.. what will be a purpose for such a drive?
In this context, when you said 'consolidation', does it mean 'creating a LUN <8MB'
