How copy button format from one form to another

I am trying to figure out how to copy the format of a command button on one form to another button on another form.

What I'm doing is opening both forms in design mode.  Then I click on the button on the form that I want to copy the format of.  Then I am clicking on Format > Format Painter and then clicking on the button I want to re-format but this doesn't work.

What am I doing wrong?
