Process prvSGxBA.exe 100 % CPU, is this a virus?

I have a client with a Win XP Pro standalone PC.

He has a process named prvSGxBA,exe which takes 100 % of his CPU, and killing it in the task manager only result in that it restarting again.

I have tried F-secures online scanner but with no success. Some other stuff were found and cleaned but not this problem.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for the idéa. We managed to kill two processes with the same name 20 minutes ago, and for the moment it has not started again.

But I will try a search for file anyway. I get back with more info.
always start by locating the file that you are suspicious of. It's location can often clear up the concern or point you in the right direction.

The customer says the problem is gone by itself. So for the moment I can not try or search for anything, but as soon as it gets back, I will try your excellent suggestions.

Thanks a lot so far.
You should still search for the file to idebtify it in case it occurs again.

You can still run the tool for diligence checks to make sure it does not really surface or running in the background stealthily. For considerations
