The various ports needed in the farm are detailed in this documentation (below is 2013 but it's also available for other versions);

this depends on your SQL Server configuration (default instance vs. named instance, default ports or adjusted ports ...).
The default port for a default instance is TCP 1433. The named instance will get a dynamic port but uses TCP port 1434 for name resolution.
