Uninstall the QuickBooks Server Manager from Server 2012. &nbsp;If you are able to, restart the Server. <br />

Now make sure .NET Framework V4.5 is installed on the Server. <br />

Then install QuickBooks Server Manager V2015 (or later) and scan for the ledger file (company file). <br />
<br />

You should NOT have both installed and that may be the source of your issue. &nbsp;I suggest you uninstall both, restart the server (so choose a convenient moment). <br />
<br />
Then ensure .NET Framework is fully up to date and install just QuickBooks Server Manager 2015 or later.

The path is where you stored them. <br />
<br />
See if you can open QuickBooks on a client workstation. See if it opens a database. Then use Ctrl-1 so the company information including the location of the database.
