SharePoint 2013 how to export all items from all lists to a CSV with PowerShell

Hello,
I am trying to export all items from all lists to a CSV file with PowerShell , but im stuck on how to accomplish this.
we are in a migration, and we need to change all links from sharepoint.company.com to sp.company.com.  we are trying to find all list items that have sharepoint.company.com.

Can someone please point me in the right direction?

If you provide a subsite url as a parameter it will work on that one only.
