I don't use O365, but in Access 2007, you can enumerate the VBE windows commandbars with:<br />
for each cbr in vbe.commandbars : debug.print cbr.name, cbr.enabled, cbr.visible: next<br />

The 4 commandbars that show up when I right-click in the VBE forms header are: &nbsp;&quot;Menu Bar&quot;, &quot;Standard&quot;, &quot;Edit&quot;, and &quot;Debug&quot;. &nbsp;I was able to hide/unhide these with the following:<br />

vbe.Commandbars(&quot;Edit&quot;).Vi<wbr />sible = True<br />

What happens if you open Excel and go to the VBA section? Just curious, as I've seen this happen but it was &quot;office-wide&quot;. When that occurred, I was forced to do a resinstall of Office. Hopefully Dale's suggestion will allow you to avoid that!

If VBA is hosed on ALL Office products, then you'll very likely have to reinstall Office. As mentioned, I had a very similar problem when moving to Win10, and the only fix I could find (after several hours of searching) was to reinstall Office.

How did you uninstall? In some cases, the automated uninstall doesn't work too well and you have to do a manual uninstall. There are a several KB articles on doing this, but you'd have to find the one for your specific version of Access/Office (Office365 typically would have you at 2016, depending on your settings, but you'd need to confirm that).

Microsoft Access is a rapid application development (RAD) relational database tool. Access can be used for both desktop and web-based applications, and uses VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) as its coding language.

Microsoft Access

Office 365 is a group of software plus services subscriptions that provides productivity software and related services to its subscribers. Office 365 allows the use of Microsoft Office apps on Windows and OS X, provides storage space on Microsoft's cloud storage service OneDrive, and grants 60 Skype minutes per month. Office 365 includes e-mail and social networking services through hosted versions of Exchange Server, Skype for Business Server, SharePoint and Office Online, integration with Yammer, as well as access to the Office software. Microsoft 365

Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) enables building user-defined functions (UDFs), automating processes and accessing Windows API and other low-level functionality through dynamic-link libraries (DLLs). VBA is closely related to Visual Basic and uses the Visual Basic Runtime Library, but it can normally only run code within a host application rather than as a standalone program. It can, however, be used to control one application from another via OLE Automation. VBA is built into most Microsoft Office applications.
