It seems that &nbsp;&quot;Windows 10 IoT Enterprise&quot; is the replacement for Winodows 7 Embedded. I am still looking to find out; if someone has a hands-on experience with windows 10 Ent., and how much of customization is possible. Is it the same as Windows Embedded or less ....<br />

So far, the mentioned articles are not suggesting being able to remove windows features ....etc.<br />
&quot;advanced lockdown capabilities&quot; might mean just preventing the users to access them, but still they are needed to install....<br />

It seems that  "Windows 10 IoT Enterprise" is the replacement for Winodows 7 Embedded. I am still looking to find out; if someone has a hands-on experience with windows 10 Ent., and how much of customization is possible. Is it the same as Windows Embedded or less ....

It seems that there is no Windows 10 Embedded standard available anymore.<br />
