Access 2010 Page break between sub reports that must show headers

I have a report with four sub reports.  I'd like there to be a page break between each of the sub reports, and the subreports headers must show because the title of each sub report is needed.  I've tried adding a dummy group with an expression of =1, but can't quite seem to get that to work properly.  The dummy group defaults to go between the page header and detail section.

You can try placing the Title of the Subreport in the reports ReportHeader instead of the PageHeader.

Thanks for the comment.  I think I figured out a different option because ultimately I wanted a page break between each subreport.  So I found the insert page break function and have one between each subreport which appears to solve my issue.  However, now I have a blank page after the first sub report.
