Certificate Warning on Exchange 2010

I have recently renewed a certificate and installed on the IIS server which also runs Exchange 2010, however all the Outlook clients are getting this message now "The name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the site" image attached, don't I have to do something with Exchange itself to recognize the certificate?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi Michael,
I have decided to purchase a multi-domain certificate for the autodiscover, owa and other domains, can someone help me request the CSR with all these domains for installation in Exchange? Thank you.
MASEE Solution Guide - Technical Dept HeadCommented:
Please check this tool to get the command for CSR. You can see the sample in the same tool.

You need to have these name for 2 domains
mail.domain1.com
Autodiscover.domain1.com
mail.domain2.com
