PowerShell to send email periodically from one mailbox to another ?

People,

I'd like to perform testing for mail traffic flow outage between Exchange Server 2013 Mailbox Server during DAG failover.

So can anyone here please assist me with Powershell that I can use to send email periodically from UserA to User B every 5 seconds ?

I was just thinking that Exchange JetStress can show the outage or impact of DAG rollover. I guess email is the true test.
