Dear All,
When I configured the 1and1.co.uk exchange email in outlook 2010, it's keep showing popup for asking Email and Password even though I checked the remember credential.
Please let me know how to fix it.
Best Regards,
JOE

Dear John,
Thanks for your suggestion.
My email account is from 1and1.co.uk which is exchanged email account.
So, I normally connected to the exchange server and did not use POP or IMAP.
I used this account around 5 years already. But It just happened last week when I re-install the microsoft outlook.
Best Regards,
JOE

You need to contact 1 and 1. I only use them for POP and web mail. Exchange is a different thing, and so you need to get new Exchange settings from 1 and 1 support. Their support is good so email them, outline your problem. and they should get back to you with good settings.
Sorry - I should have read your first post more thoroughly.

They (1 and 1 - mail.com) changed the addressing a couple of months ago that resulted in password errors.
I use the following settings now in Outlook (2010, 2013 and 2016):
Incoming mail: pop.mail.com
Outgoing mail: smtp.mail.com
User name: <emailaddress> and password
Outgoing server authentication: Login using: and enter the same account.
Ports: 995 SSL and 587 TLS.
These settings work just fine for me.
