QIF files are Quicken Files and you can import them into QuickBooks.

Here is a support article to assist:
http://www.ehow.com/how_5943218_import-qif-file-quickbooks-pro.html

QuickBooks 2013 is out of support and if you are just starting, you may wish to consider a newer version.

The choice on the drop box when i select Quicken are QDF and QDB .  There is no selection for QIF.

I think I may have inadvertently pointed you to an article for a prior version of QuickBooks.

Look at this article:

https://community.intuit.com/questions/766404-how-do-i-convert-a-qif-file-or-a-qdf-file-to-2011-quickbooks

which says convert from QDF or use the BRC QIF to IIF converter.  Link is there. IIF is the standard QuickBooks import/export format.
