How to compare 2 columns in 2 different sheets in Excel 2010?

For example:

In sheet1 I have 2 columns:

Alan Boh
Juli   Ghi

In sheet2 I have 3 columns:

John Beck  53
Alan  Bho.   32
Eric   Guy    45

I want to compare first name and last name from sheet1 with sheet2 and if result is the same I want to take the users age in 3th columns of sheet2 and copy the value to 3th column in sheet1.

I'm not to familiar with Exel formula...so need help:-)

Thanks in advance.

Thank you very much for the explanation. That's the first time I see INDEX formula. Could we do the same thing with VLOOKUP?

Below please find a link to the Microsoft website where they explain VLOOKUP and INDEX/MATCH. They also explain the limitations of VLOOKUP.
