Hi Experts,

Is it possible to issue customer statements with Quickbooks?

Say, I have a bigger project and $x is due at start, $y mid-way, and $z upon completion. How do I issue a statement stating how much was paid, how much due, when, and balance?

Thank you

QuickBooks statements are issued to summarize invoices issued and now in Accounts Receivable. They can be issued in this manner.

Does this help?

Go to QuickBooks, Customers, Create Statements.

You can't produce something like a  credit card statement, with minimum due and by when?

For Bills, you can go to the Vendor Center and use the Bill Tracker function. This should help. Bills are not invoices and so the overall functionality is different.

So then in my first answer, go to Customers, create Statements. That is what QuickBooks provides for Invoices.
