Terminal Server Licensing

I have recently setup a Server 2012R2 terminal Server that is basically running all rolls with CAL installed. Is there a way for admins to remote in and not use one of the licenses? Also is there a way to shorten the license lease time for any of the users that log in now?

thank you

Licenses are non-transferrable for a period of 90 days - you cannot shorten that.  If your admins use the /admin switch, then can connect to the console.

Also, I hope you mean you installed all the RDS roles on the single server.  It's utterly foolish to install RDS, DC, and other roles on the same install of Windows.  Especially when you can set this up properly with two VMs, one for RDS and one for all other needs.
