Convert IMAP folders to Exchange (in Office 365)- with the goal being syncing to mobile devices.

I have a couple users with many, many folders in their mailboxes. Only a few "random" folders show up on mobile. (Both iOS and Android.) I've discovered that the ones that show up were made after the conversion of their company to 365. The old folders are, it turns out, IMAP folders and won't sync. From what I've googled, it looks like the only way to fix this is to manually recreate each folder and copy the contents into the new folder. I'd like to avoid this and all the info I've found is at least a year old. Have you guys run into a good way to convert folders to the right type? IPF.Imap to IPF.Note?

I had seen those macros, and read that they did not fix the mobile sync issue. I tried it and discovered that a remove/reconfigure of the account on the mobile device causes it to work.
