asked on Outlook 2013 Won't Show Gmail All Mail Subscribed IMAP Folder
I have a google apps for business email account. I am using Outlook 2013 and cannot get the All Mail folder to show up in Outlook. I have tried the following already:
Right-click on the root mail folder, and select "IMAP Folders" <- It opens the IMAP folder subscription dialog.
Check the box labeled "When displaying hierarchy in Outlook, show only subscribed folders."
Query for "All Mail"
Click on the "All Mail" folder in the results list.
Click the subscribe button.
Click OK
Restart Outlook.
It still will not show up.
