I BOUGHT A COUPLE OF THESE HANDHELD SCANNERS ONLINE. THEY ARE PRE PROGRAMMED TO DO INVENTORY FOR SOME COMPANY, SO MANY RECRICTIONS ARE THERE. I BASICALLY CAN'T DO ANYTHING WITH THEM. i'VE READ THAT THERE ARE 3 FILES NEEDED TO RESTORE THEM BACK TO THEIR FACTORY CONDITION. DOES ANYONE HAVE THESE THREE FILES AND TELL ME HOW TO INSTALL THEM. i AM NEW, SO I GUESS I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS WITH PAYPAL SOMEHOW?

Have you tried to do a cold boot?

PLEASE NOTE: A cold boot also restarts the mobile computer, but erases all stored records and entries from RAM. In addition it returns formats, preferences and other settings to the factory default settings.
