At one point the everything will be in office 365. However at this time we are still migrating users over to 365. For users that are in 365 they can no longer manage on premise DL. If we migrate the DL to 365 then (not sure) on premise users can not manage the DL.

So I'm in a hybrid environment, and DL management is a nightmare. I can't let users use emc,or ems to manage lists and DSquery is too complicated for them. From I read the only option i have are<br />
