MODX not loading properly

Hi, I have modx installed on my apache server but its not loading properly. How can I troubleshoot this? I dont know where to even start.

It just looks very weird.,

Did it ever work? Usually this is permissions or caching related. Can you tell me what you've tried so far?

Hi, its still an issue, I have tried changing the cache settings to 0 in phpmyadmin, I have changed the cache folder to 777, still the same error...

Nothing worked, in the end built a new server...
