Creating an XML from Excel

First off, I have very little experience with xml.

I need to run a report in Quickbooks and export it to excel and create an xml report from that.  (New Hungarian tax decree).

How would I map it in order to get the correct data?

I was given an xml field definitions, table of descriptions, a table with 3 columns, Invoice information items(invoice export file particulars), definition, and xsd reference.

Please help. File attached, many pages of this.

I noticed that this post hasn't received any views for a while. I don't purport to know anything about XML  but if you haven't tried already, you can use Excel help/tell me box above the ribbon. Enter "xml" and select the Create an XML data file and XML schema file from worksheet data and Map XML elements to cells in an XML Map link for some guidance.

If no one else responds you may want to request attention.
