Plesk MySQL update

I need to update the MySQL on my server, its currently running Plesk 12.5.30 Update #19 on CentOS 6.7 with MySQL 5.5.47

I could do with a step by step guide as I am not that familiar with this setup

Sorry I thought I had put that in, I need to go to 5.6 or above for Magento 2
