Blank Outlook forms
Hello Experts,
The users can fill in the form and send it. But the recipient receives only a blank email. FYI, some of our users have moved to a new domain. Also, all the outlook froms have been copied to new Exchange Server. Any idea what could cause this issue?
FYI: I am using Outlook 2010
Thank you very much in advance!

"FRMCACHE.DAT" holds the cached copies of you Custom Forms. This file file resides in "C:\..\forms" folder as mentioned.

The issue resolved by deleting the bad copy of the form from Personal Forms Library.
