How do I list the first and second occurrences of values that match two criteria

Excel Experts:

How do I list the first and second occurrences of values in left column that match two criteria from adjacent columns
This is what I have so far:
=IFERROR(INDEX($B$4:$B$14,MATCH(1,($C$4:$C$14="E")*($D$4:$D$14=1),0)),0)
