RemoteApp Printing

My company connects to a 'cloud' server to use a published remoteapp for customer management, etc. When in the session, all of the printers (on all computers) that we can print to internally show up. We can print to networked printers, but not the one(s) that are connected directly via USB. Any tips?

It would be easiest to put the USB printers on your network if possible or else use printers that are on the network. Trying to remotely use a non-networked USB printer on someone's computer is usually not feasible. Stick with networked printers.

I'm talking about a printer that is directly plugged into the computer via USB. The remoteapp won't print to the Local USB printer, but WILL print to networked printers. Are you saying THAT is standard? So, I could print to the usb printer across the hall from my office (if shared and 'networked'), but not the one connected directly to my computer?
Remote apps (the one that I have used) need printers on a network to print. So yes, I am saying that it is normal not to be able to access a local USB printer. Only the computer knows about that printer.

User generated image  The highlighted printer is my local USB printer. The rest are others (networked) that I can print to. This is a screenshot of the 'print options' that I have from within the RemoteApp. So...the remote app SEEMS to 'know' about this printer. What do you think?
