Hi, recently one of our users has lost ability to access their hp 2320 scanner. The printer works fine but looks like the scanner cant be identified on network by this pc however it still works for other users. I wanted to reinstall the full product software from hp which is what they used in the first place when setting up the printer/scanner for the first time a few months ago. My notes say that in order for the scanner software to be loaded, it must use the full product software and it wont allow me to reinstall since i think i need to uninstall the current install of the software first. It gives errors during the install so i tried uninstalling but got runtime errors and said uninstall can't continue. Any ideas? Was thinking maybe hp has an uninstall utility.
