I agree they have more detail, but the third book you mention have a different mindset: it wants to teach you relational theory, in order to make you write better SQL queries.<br />

So, basically, apples and oranges here...<br />

If you want a book to cover more knowledge area, the second edition of the first book is good. If you want a very specific book, get the third.
