In excel 2010, when opening a sheet with data coming from linked docs, if the docs are unavailable it shows the last value.
In excel 2013, the same sheet shows #VALUE. Weird thing: in the outlook 2013 preview, it actually shows the values like excel 2010 does.
How can I open the sheet with 2013 and get the last value a-la excel 2010?
I don't have the linked docs, so I can't update or fix the broken link.
And i don't want to have to ask the senders to change all their formulas and lookups to values before sending it to me.
Either I'm doing something wrong without knowing, or this is a very weird regression.
