Thanks for your answer, so the language and timezone used for the user created, come from the server where CRM is installed. I'm a bit confused, because Ive got one user with 0 as languageID and he see crm in french and another one with 0 and he see record in english, both on the same server, same instance of sql. <br />

But each user, in their personal options can choose which language to use for the interface and the timezone to use.<br />

I suspect that 0 means use the default language. You should not make changes directly to the database tables.
