Default language / Timezone for an user

Hello,
I would like to understand, when you have several organization on the same environment, when you create a new user, the languageid is set to 0 and behind a special language is affected 1033 1036 ??
But where come from this default language ?

Thanks for your answer, so the language and timezone used for the user created, come from the server where CRM is installed. I'm a bit confused, because Ive got one user with 0 as languageID and he see crm in french and another one with 0 and he see record in english, both on the same server, same instance of sql.

But each user, in their personal options can choose which language to use for the interface and the timezone to use.

I suspect that 0 means use the default language. You should not make changes directly to the database tables.
