wordfence security dashboard differs

Why is it when I download the wordfence security plugin 6.0.23 on one website, I get a detailed dashboard where i can make all sorts of settings.  See link:

But, when I download the SAME version to another site, I have extremely limited options and most are not available because I didn't pay for them.  Note, the first version didn't pay either.  I even deleted the original Wordfence plugin and reinstalled it making sure it is the same one but it didn't matter.  See link:

What do you mean?  This is what I installed for BOTH sites.

I installed this for both sites plus I get emails from Wordfence that talk about warnings, updates, etc.
Hello?
Hello?

Sorry, this isn't live chat.  I answered your post and went to work.  Just now circling back to email.

In http://screencast.com/t/C36SvPtl the menu item on the left is "WP Security" which is not how WordFence installs.  Instead it looks like this:

Also, the WordFence "dashboard" is non-existent for the most part.  The interface looks like this:

Your image of the dashboard is also showing a banner for All In One WordPress Security (AIO):

https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall/

And the screenshots on that page match what you see.  So even if you installed WordFence, you also have AIO WP Security installed and I'm not sure what product you need help with.
Ah, I see where the problem is.  Thanks.

I don't get all the buzz behind wordfence.  To me, the free version is so limiting that I don't feel it is doing anything while the free version of WP Security has a TON of settings.

To each their own.

The free version of WordFence can detect altered files in themes, plugins, and core.  It can detect and stop robots from scraping your site and brute force login attacks.  It allows you to ban entire IP ranges if necessary and can enforce password and login frequency rules and also comes with a pretty effective caching engine.

For a free plugin, it does a helluva lot and it does it without a ton of memory/overhead.
