Airport Extreme 802.11ac

We have an airport extreme 802.11ac (the new one) and are using it in an office with Windows machines and have Filemaker Server 14 running on a remote computer in another location.  We cannot connect to the computer from this location either wirelessly or via ethernet.  We can connect from other locations to Filemaker Server with no issue at all.  It seems the Airport is blocking ports and is limited in being able to configure it.

Any ideas with AE router

Thanks

Yes it is doing nat and dhcp
So the AE is connected to what? A cable modem? Is there anything else on your network doing NAT?
Are you connecting by IP address, URL or machine name? If URL or machine name, what is providing your DNS?
We are presently utilizing ip address.  Provider is Optimum cable in both offices.  DNS being utilized is Optimum.  Airport is sitting directly behind Optimum modem with static ip.  We know it is something with airport  router as users can use cell phones to access Filemaker remote server, but if they connect via wifi on cell phone and turn off cellular to only use airport, it does not work.  Also users can access it from home as well.
Can you otherwise access the internet through the AE?

Can you post screen shots of the Internet tab and the Network tab from Airport Utility for the AE?
There is no network tab,  I have attached the internet tab and NAT tab for you.
Firmware version 7.7.3

Thanks

Sorry TCP. I am typing this on an iPhone and have fat fingers.
Here it is, static ip and gateway are deleted out, you can see dd servers listed

DNS Servers I mean for Optimum
Duh, I feel so stupid for some reason the person who set this up left out the proper subnet mast and once I looked at it and saw, the last two octets were 0.0 I new something was wrong, changed it and everything works.
Sometimes having someone else just to run things through gets your brain to work
Glad you got it working.
