Collecting IE Telemetry data

I'm curious if anyone has another means of collecting IE Telemetry data.  I've got some systems successfully recording data already and I can pull it up in rather clunky fashion using WmiExplorer. However, I'm preparing to migrate the entire enterprise to IE11 and would prefer to have a tool that would render the data in a more usable format. We are not currently using SCCM. It's likely that I can accomplish this via our current deployment and reporting tools, but there may already be something out there ready for use. I have come across the following PowerShell script, but it doesn't seem to be working for me. No errors or exceptions. Just executes and finishes:
