So my change procedure will be<br />

1. change the new IP address for two Domain controllers<br />
2. Reboot the two DCs<br />
3. change the DHCP information on my router and change the DNS ip adddress to the new IP of the DNS servers<br />
4. shorten the DHCP lease interval for reboot all client's machine to get the latest information.<br />

I use the same IP address, no servers IP addresses are changed in the network.<br />
