can I roll back my ipad and i phone from the 9.2.1 latest update?

My iphone and pad will not connect to my home network after I updated.  It asks for the password and it wont accept it. other devices work on this router, just not my updated stuff.

Have you tried resetting network settings?

Reset ipad/iphone network settings..

even though this is an IOS6 article the menu structure has not changed for resetting..

Tried resetting the network settings on both. Did not work.  I'll try the roll back.
How do I find the ipad model?

The reset of the network settings and after that the reboot of both the devices and my router in that combination worked.
