Some emails not getting to Exchange Server 2007

A client called me on Monday to say two emails from the same sender had not been received.

I checked Message Tracking on their server and could find no sign of them and assumed they had been sent elsewhere.

Today I called someone else at the same company to chase an answer on an email to them and they had not received, so I sent it again.

Checked the Message Tracking again and the resent one was there, but no sign of the one yesterday.

The only thing in common with the missing emails is that they were all sent outside office hours, but this does not seem to stop the spam reaching the server.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Bill

Thanks Uros,

I can check with both the sender's mail server (mine) and the recipient's (my clients) mail server, and will do that.
