Microsoft Surface - Windows 8.1 Pro

Currently using a Surface, running Windows 8.1 Pro. I have changed the power settings to stop the device going into standby etc. However, if left for long periods, the device goes into a state of hibernate. The only way I can get it to turn back on is to hold the power button & the volume up button for 15 seconds.

Is there a change or setting in the registry that can be updated to stop this happening?

Regards

Even though we set Put the computer to sleep NEVER
Make sure you go to advance option and click on Hard Disk and in Settings type Never.

I didn't see any Hibernate option in Windows 8.1 pro.

Hope that helps.
Thanks
