Elastix: phones rings but no audio from either end

I've set up an Elastix server for a client, but I'm pretty new to it.  I was able to get everything working with a local SIP trunk provider and incoming and outgoing calls were working fine.

Just today, incoming calls will ring their phones, but when they pick up, there's no audio from either end.  I also did some test outgoing calls to my cell phone; my phone rings, I pick up, but no audio from either end.  The call stays connected the whole time, there's just no sound from either side.  

Being new to elastic, I don't know what else to do to troubleshoot.  I've done the basics thus far:
Reboot main rounter
Reboot Elastix server

What should I do next?

thanks for the help, I discovered over the weekend that an option labeled "SIP passthrough" had been disabled.  Turning that back on fixed the issue, but I also disabled SIP ALG via the command line on the router.  Thanks again.
