Did you check the OpenManage hardware logs? Not all hardware events are sent to the Windows Event Log.

I will try and post the logs shortly. &nbsp;The server/APC was setup by a software vendor in a package purchase years ago. &nbsp;We know the password for the server but not the APC units power chut, so I have not been able to see any information on the SUA2200 unit but we do have 2 poweredge 2200 plugged in one running SQL and the other terminal server(the one that is having issues). &nbsp;The SQL server seams to run fine with no issues. &nbsp;The other server running Terminal server does not show any unexpected errors or messages on booting it back up. &nbsp;The users say the terminal server says they have been logged off and the terminal server is off when we go check it. &nbsp;We boot it back up and it runs find until it randomly shuts off again. &nbsp;I have looked in open manage but see everything says its okay?

APC is using a LAN card. &nbsp;APC log for the last week the server has shutdown 4 times in this time frame. &nbsp;I don't see any usable correlation but you may notice something I don't see. &nbsp;I may try to hook 1 of the 2 power supplies directly in the wall and leave the other in the APC. &nbsp;Also I could disconnect the APC network card if you think it would be a good for a short term few days test if you think it could be powering down the server.<br />

Don't look at the status indicators - those are current status. Check the hardware logs: click on System, then the Logs tab, making sure that the sub-tab is Hardware.

1 week of the full power log on the APC in this attachment. &nbsp;for example on 1/30/16 it was last online in our logmein account at 6:18pm. &nbsp;I had to go down around this 1/30/16 6:18pm time.<br />

APC software is a old version from 2008 I don't see the hardware option just a Home, UPS, Logs, and Administration tab. &nbsp;Under Logs the main headings are Events, Data and Syslog.

APC works in a couple of different ways ,if you have a single UPS connected through a USB or serial port,you set it up as a main Powerchute server and set up the other servers with Powerchute agents that cue from the main server for shutdown.<br />
If you have a network card in the APC,they then monitor the UPS separately.

it has a nice in the APC and I replaced the top power supply with another one and ran it directly into the power outlet. &nbsp;I also put new ecc ram in from the good working parts server. &nbsp;ran dell express hardware tests NO errors.

Bad memory should cause a bluescreen and would be registered in the server hardware log. Many intermittent hardware problems will not show in diagnostics, but will usually be logged in the hardware log. Did you check the hardware log in OMSA?

I'm sorry I misunderstood one of your last posts. &nbsp;I will look at the osma more. &nbsp; I have never been at the console when its happening so I'm not sure if it blue screens but I don't believe it is.

I found this in the event viewer a few minutes before it was offline around the last time it went down. &nbsp;I think its for a credit card processing service we use. &nbsp;<br />
