public and shared exchange calendars on iphone

My users have iphones and some of them have access to shared/delegation calendars.

How do I configure their phones to be able to access all of the calendars they have access to ?

You can enable this functionality by enabling iCal publishing in exchange (depending on your exchange version, 2010 and higher supports this) and then send links to the users whom you wish to "subscribe" to the calendar.
