public and shared exchange calendars on iphone

My users have iphones and some of them have access to shared/delegation calendars.

How do I configure their phones to be able to access all of the calendars they have access to ?

Thank you

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can enable this functionality by enabling iCal publishing in exchange (depending on your exchange version, 2010 and higher supports this) and then send links to the users whom you wish to "subscribe" to the calendar.

This article explains it well, and also has a link to another article that explains how to enable iCal publishing on exchange.
If you connect using Exchange Activeysnc, you won't able to view 2 different calendars. You have to create a 2 activesync account on phone and swap between these 2 ID if you want to view each calendar.
