You VMs are running from a shared storage so all esxi hosts can see the VM files. Vmotion is only used to move a running VM from host to host. When a host blows up, vmware HA will simply start the VM on a different host and this doesn't rely on vmotion. The vm in this case will act like it just recovered from a power outage.

Nothing, unless you have VMware HA, in a Cluster and configured correctly, all VMs will fail.

Will the vms copied to other esxi hosts via managment network?

No. VMs are not copied at all, only the running process and memory, is sent down the vMotion Network.

vMotion only occurs via the network that you have flagged a vMotion.

Do you have VMware HA ?

VMware HA, restarts VMs on other hosts, should a host fail.
