Exchange quarantining mailboxes

In the last few weeks EVERY Friday one mailbox gets quarantined by exchange. There is no one mailbox each time they have all been different ones. We don't have any automated tasks running that would cause this as far as we can ascertain. If we move the affected mailbox to a new mailbox db it works fine. It does not quarantine all the user mailboxes in the DB of the one that fails & all other mailbox databases are fine. Each time it is just ONE mailbox.
Any ideas as to what might be causing this?

Hi,

This issue might be occurring as you database or mailboxes are having issue.

Is you exchange is updated with latest Service Pack and Roll-ups? If not, Please update it first and keep behavior under observation.

else

You can create new database and move mailboxes from effected database to new database.

Please refer below article to better understand Exchange Mailbox quarantine:

ASKER

the system is up to date with Service packs & is on Roll up 10

We have created a new mailbox database & when one goes into quarantine, we move it into the new DB. The rest of the mailboxes in the original database continue working fine.
It is ONE user mailbox every Thursday night/friday morning that goes into quarantine, we move it into the new database it works fine.
